If I remember well, I had only one autograph in my life: Uri Geller's. I was a big fan of his; I was waiting in the queue for ages to get his autograph. But I was a teenager then, OK? I read his books and I loved them. I wanted to believe in paranormal activities and he was a great and suggestive writer. I am so sure you know him: the guy who can bend the spoon. Later I learned that he was a great showman and magician and does not possess paranormal powers. I gave my autograph book away, it is in my hometown's library now.

Oh, it is me. Sometimes I think I am the biggest "pack rat" in the world. I can't throw anything away. It might be good for something. Boxes, bottles, outgrown or damaged clothes, shoes, useless household appliances, I keep all of them. I mean I used to keep them in Hungary. I had space enough in my house (big cupboards), but before I moved here I had to bin them all. And I was heartbroken. Seriously! But keeping your diaries is not a bad thing, you can find some good memories inside them. My diaries were full of bad memories, so it didn't bother me that I had to bin them. Sometimes you have to start a new chapter in your life. I did it. And so I started to collect new stuff. :) It was one or two weeks ago. My flatmate had a birthday at that time and his daughter organised a surprise party for him. Actually, it wasn't a real picnic, it was a barbeque party. The guests were Polish guys and when they are together, they speak in Polish all the time, so I can't understand any of their words. But the food was good. :) Question: What are the advantages and disadvantages of being your height? My answer: advantages:
disadvantages:
Question: When you’re alone at home, do you wear shoes, socks, slippers, or go barefoot? My answer: I prefer to go barefoot but because of the weather I have to wear socks. I don't like to wear any foot wear. I always take off my shoes when I go into somebody's house and I don't like the people who don't do the same in my house. Question: Do you save old greeting cards and letters, or throw them all away? Why? My answer: Usually I just throw them away, but I have saved a few that meant a lot to me. Actually I don't have any letters that I wrote or that my ex-wife wrote to me. I do have some greeting cards from my students, some pictures and other trinkets that hold special memories. But I had left everything in Hungary, they are waiting for me in the attic... Question: How many days could you last in solitary confinement? How would you do it? My answer: It's a really tough question. I see two options but both of them are dangerous. The first option is shut off your brain. Try to sleep a lot and do nothing. It sounds easy but I think just for a while. And maybe I will be too successful and I can't turn on my mind again. The second option is quite the opposite. Create problems and solve them in your mind, try to remember the best moments in your life, use your vivid imagination. But maybe after a few days I get stuck in this virtual life and never come back. But I don't think that I could be there more than few days, maybe a week. Question: What animal are you the most like? Why? My Answer: I found a test and my result is:
Question: Which do you do more often: hum or whistle? Hum or whistle your answer. My answer: I can't whistle at all but I always hum or sing something. I have a built-in mp3 player in my mind and I am constantly listening to music. Sometimes I am very annoying when I hum or sing because I don't know the lyrics or I know only one sentence and I repeat it all the time. Sometimes it annoys me as well because I can't stop it. And the most annoying thing is when I have to repeat a song that I really hate. And my actual favourite is: |
